The SHINE Ministry desires to serve all individuals of all abilities. Our goal is to provide a self-contained environment where each person with special needs will be able to learn and grow spiritually at his or her level. We will also provide an inclusive approach and seek to incorporate individuals with special needs into our existing ministries. We believe that everyone is created matchlessly by God and can have a meaningful relationship with Jesus.
