One by One Ministries mentors and educates new moms to parent well. We train our volunteers with an evidence-based curriculum and match them with expecting or new moms who are asking for help. Mentors offer unconditional love, friendship, hope and parenting education to moms at a critical time in their lives. We educate moms about child growth and teach them activities to do with their children to promote brain development. It is our desire to see children grow up in a safe and healthy environment and be prepared for kindergarten. Mentors meet monthly with moms, with weekly contact by phone or text, at least until the child’s first birthday. We also have an optional second-year program and a discipleship program for moms who desire to grow as Christ-followers.
